No one can go wrong wearing a black lace dress. That is, until they decide to wear it without the slip, and expose one too many undergarments. We. Don't. Get. It. Doesn't the model-turned-actress know that many celebs have given this look a go, and the results haven't been very pretty. Seriously, we can name them off the top of our heads: Britney Spears at the 2001 VMAS, Lady Gaga (more times than we can count!), and Fergie just this year at the Grammys—albeit in an orange hue! C'mon, hon, you may have a rockin' bod, but you do it no justice by sporting fugly duds!

With Lady Gaga you never know what to expect. One day she is sporting questionable skin-revealing outfits, and the next it's a prim and proper ensemble. Well, when she was out in about in NYC earlier last month, she opted for the latter.



While the navy peplum coat, black maxi and round sunnies combo isn't something you'd think to team up, she definitely made it work quite well. After all, isn't that how Lady Gaga has become known world-wide, for her costume-like outfits and out-of-the-box approach to fashion?!


Similarly, she isn't your conventional singer. She pushes boundaries and has been nominated in the past for things such as "Hot Latin Songs Artist of the Year" at the Billboard Latin Music Awards. Her fashion and music creative genius is out of this world—and we hope she keeps it going!
