Are those sunglasses in your pocket or are you just happy to see me? | Hollywood yohana

For those of you who are really into that Natasha Bedingfield song, you know, like Emma Stone in Easy A, we’ve got the perfect accessory for you! Introducing Sunpockets, the recently relaunched line of foldable sunglasses. Available in two original models and a multitude of shades, the mirrored lenses are ultra light (we mean it) and noticeably more comfortable than most sunnies.

Sunpockets come in a teeny case that can fit almost anywhere, including said pocket. Not that we’ve tried all of these things, but we venture to guess that the adorably packable lenses will survive being buried in sand, sat on—oops!—and thrown in the bottom on any tote bag or clutch. The compressible shades are practically begging for a home occupied by accident-prone fashionistas. (You know who you are…)
Karl Lagerfled can wear sunglasses with every outfit, so why can’t we? Need a punch of colour? Try “Turquoise.” Want to keep it cool and casual? Go for “Matte Black.” We officially deem these statement sunglasses a must-have for the rest of the summer.

Ever seen couture up close? We get intimate with Chanel’s latest collection in New York| Hollywood yohana

While in New York last week, I had the chance to check out Chanel’s Spring Couture collection at an exclusive showing at the brand’s Upper East Side office. And if you’ve ever seen that kind of handiwork up close, you’ll understand me when I say wowza! The last time I saw such exquisite beading…  actually, what am I talking about? I’ve never seen such exquisite beading! With that kind of visual splendour, the question is never really “how much is too much?” The all-blue collection looked as coolly serene as ever in the replicated airline setting. The pieces would float on air, that is, if the fifty-pound beading didn’t bring them down to earth.
