Stylish Duo: Kate Middleton and the Queen Kick Off the Diamond Jubilee Tour | Hollywood yohana

Queen Elizabeth II, Kate Middleton, Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge

Ever since the announcement of Kate Middleton's engagement to Prince William, the gal has definitely had all eyes on her. Unlike some paparazzi-magnets, the Duchess has never looked anything short of chic and sophisticated.
So it wasn't a surprise that she looked every bit refined when she was spotted, in a blue dress with a matching peplum jacket by L.K. Bennett, at the St. Pancras Train Station to kick off the Diamond Jubilee tour yesterday in London.

This time, Kate wasn't accompanied by her hubby. Instead, Queen Elizabeth II was at her right-hand side. And the Queen almost gave the Duchess a run for her money because she  looked equally fab in her bright pink Angela Kelly coat and noir hat. Like England's leading lady, Pippa's older sis topped off her ensemble with a black James Lock fascinator and matching Episode heels.

There's no doubt about it: The royal duo is a fashion force to be reckoned with!

Marc Jacobs Wears Pilgrim-Inspired Kicks—and a Pink Dress! | Hollywood yohana

Sometimes people can't help and be proud of all their hard work. And when you are a designer, the best way to show it is to wear your creations.
Well, Marc Jacobs did just this when he attended the "Louis Vuitton—Marc Jacobs: The Exhibition" last night in Paris wearing a black version of the pilgrim-inspired shoes that were seen at his fall 2012 New York Fashion Week show.

Even though that caught our attention, what made us stop and stare was the pink Comme des Garçons T-shirt dress. If you are wondering, no, this isn't a woman's frock. It is actually, intended to be worn by men.
Although we don't see this being a trend other fellows will jump on, we can give him some credit for having the guts to wear it—right?! Now, the question is: Will he ever be seen out and about wearing a silly oversized fuzzy hat the models wore on this runway? Only time will tell.
