Gawker‘s current…war? exposé? drama? with American Apparel continues. The website has apparently obtained a confidentiality agreement that states that employees who talk about their time at the retailer are responsible for US$1 million in “liquidated damages.”
“Yes, there’s dirt, vetiver, which is that greenhouse smell. There’s also bread, and at one point I remember asking, “Would it be possible to get a dog’s paw in there?” And so they did dogs’ paws,” says Tilda Swinton, talking about her new fragrance, Like This.
