Work Your Maxi Mojo in a Red Print | Hollywood yohana

Tori Spelling, Kate Hudson, Nicole Richie

TREND: Printed red maxi dresses
WHO'S WEARING IT: Tori Spelling, Kate Hudson and Nicole Richie (Winter Kate)
HOW TO WEAR IT: The flowy style feels spot on for the warmer months, whether you're dressing for an actual baby like Kate, or just a food baby after overindulging at a summer barbecue. Since the printed number can border on busy, don't add any more patterns to the mix and accessorize with one color like Tori's matching sienna brown satchel and wedges. As for jewelry, take a cue from Nicole and opt for some gold bangles to bring out the warm tones in the dress. That's all you need to achieve the simple summer style!

Pop Your Look With Neon Accessories | Hollywood yohana

Jennifer Lawrence, Fergie, Eve Hewson

TREND: Pops of neon
WHO'S WEARING IT: Jennifer Lawrence (Altuzarra), Fergie (Ruthie Davis bag) and Eve Hewson (Miu Miu)

HOW TO WEAR IT: Are you excited about the neon trend, but don't want to look like a walking highlighter marker? Take a cue from these fashionistas by popping your neutrals with ultra-bright accessories. The lime green cutout leather yoke on Eve's black-and-white Miu Miu printed frock gave the illusion of a necklace (brilliant!), but we prefer pieces that can be mixed and matched. Add some pizzazz to a classic sheath by cinching it with a fluorescent belt, like Jennifer did—or have your LBD look anything but basic by funking it up with splashes of neon à la Fergie. Just make sure you stick to no more than two bold hues to liven up your look.

Get Model Height with Wooden Mary Janes | Hollywwood yohana

Rachel Bilson, Stella McCartney, Solange Knowles

TREND: Wooden platform Mary Janes
WHO'S WEARING IT: Rachel Bilson (Stella McCartney), Stella McCartney (Stella McCartney) and Solange Knowles (Chloé Sevigny for Opening Ceremony)
HOW TO WEAR IT: The wooden Mary Jane is a stylish alternative to the summer espadrille that you can still wear well into fall. Take advantage of the warm weather now though, and pair your platforms with any leg-flaunting piece—from a printed skirt to your favorite cutoffs. The extra heel length will make your gams seem miles long. As for your blouse, think loose and flowy to balance out all that leg. We love the idea of silk tank or a pleated trapeze number to top it all off.

Toughen Up a Leggy Look With a Colored Leather Skirt | Hollywood yohana

Blake Lively, Emmy Rossum

TREND: Colored leather skirts
WHO'S WEARING IT: Emmy Rossum, Sophia Bush (Christian Dior), Blake Lively (Matthew Williamson)
HOW TO WEAR IT: The power of the leather skirt is still going strong, and now it has expanded to a new territory—color. This is great for anyone who wants an edgy look mixed with girlie elements. For a casual outing, pair the mini with a basic tee and jean jacket. Now if your going for a night out with the girls, wear a bedazzled top that accents the hue of your skirt, like Blake. But if you're scared of rocking such a bight tone, then take inspiration from Sophia, who donned a dark plum version that works marvelously. Plus, her pick has frills, which makes the ensemble that much more feminine.

Take Your Wardrobe on Vacation with Amazon-Inspired Prints | Hollywood yohana

Emily Browning, Karolina Kurkova, Blake Lively

TREND: Tropical prints
WHO'S WEARING IT: Emily Browning (Louis Vuitton), Karolina Kurkova (Armani) and Blake Lively (Marc by Marc Jacobs)
HOW TO WEAR IT: Leave it to the PYTs to make us want to take off for a tropical vacay. Whether you actually are jetting off for a beach holiday this summer or just wish you were, you can easily pick up the lush style with palm print separates. All you have to do is match your top or bottom to one of the colors in your tropical number, or simply pair your vibrant top with jeans or shorts. Then finish off the look with some light, airy footwear such as strappy nude sandals. Miss Kurkova's heavy black boots don't exactly scream summer!

Stripe Yourself Slim with Cropped Pants| Hollywood yohana

Saoirse Ronan, Emma Stone, Heidi Klum

TREND: Cropped striped pants
WHO'S WEARING IT: Saoirse Ronan (Balmain), Emma Stone and Heidi Klum (Isabel Marant)
HOW TO WEAR IT: We love a vertical striped pant for its ability to instantly slim your gams. The lines keep your eyes moving up and down to create the illusion of a leaner leg. The other major plus of this pant? It's cropped length is the perfect opportunity to show off your best heels. You should stay away from prints, but we could picture a solid red pump looking fabulous. As for on top, the safest bet is to stay in the color family with a neutral blouse in white, gray or black. After all, you have to tread carefully with the striped pant, lest you end up looking like Beetlejuice!

Your Neon Fix Is in the Bag, Baby! | Hollywood yohana

Kim Kardashian, Kourtney Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian

TREND: Neon bags
WHO'S WEARING IT: Kim Kardashian, Kourtney Kardashian and Khloé Kardashian Odom (all Hermès)
HOW TO WEAR IT: Earlier this month, we spilled on all the ways you can accessorize with neon. But when all three of the Kardashian babes popped up sporting their matching day-glo totes, we just had to highlight the fun way to get bright. As the stylish sisters all know, the best way to bag this look is by keeping the rest of your outfit neutral. Just pair a blush or nude top with a summer staple like Kimmie's white jeans or Khloé's denim daisy dukes. Kourt shows us how to work the look right into fall with black tights and boots. The blinding bag may look like it wouldn't match with a thing, but you can use it to punch up your look year round!

Bare Your Arms in a Sleeveless Button-Down | Hollywood yohana

Pippa Middleton, Shenae Grimes, Paris Hilton

TREND: Sleeveless button-down shirt
WHO'S WEARING IT: Pippa Middleton, Shenae Grimes and Paris Hilton
HOW TO WEAR IT: A long sleeve button-down is a classic staple, but they aren't too practical for the hot days ahead. However, you can still manage to get the same put-together look while baring your arms in a sleeveless version. We especially like how Pippa paired her baby blue shirt with matching light jeans; it manages to elongate her body and gives it a modern touch. Paris did the same thing, but the heiress opted for shorts and neutral tone. However, we would recommend going sans frills with this piece. Now if you are daring, take a cue from Shenae Grimes who went for the tie-knot approach. It's totally relaxed yet very young and fresh. Now if you are worried about getting chilly at night, simply pop on a denim jacket or a cardi to keep you warm.

Top Off Your Summer Wardrobe With a Boater Hat | Hollywood yohana

Chloe Sevigny, AnnaLynne McCord, Rachel Bilson

TREND: Boater hat
WHO'S WEARING IT: Chloë Sevigny, AnnaLynne McCord and Rachel Bilson
HOW TO WEAR IT: Kick off your holiday weekend in style with a boater hat. Unlike a fedora, this piece has a wide-brim, which will give you more protection from the harmful UV rays. Plus, it's much more feminine and plays off the ever-popular nautical look. For a summertime appropriate look, we suggest picking a headpiece made from straw material, unlike Rachel's wool version. Take a cue from AnnaLynne and make the topper's sash match your ensemble. To be on the safe side, mimic Chloë who kept her ensemble simple yet fresh by sticking with neutral hues. Now if you want to approach the look literally, then a striped blazer will do the trick.

Smooches! Stars Dress Up in Lip-Print Fashions | Hollywood yohana

Liv Tyler, Paris Hilton, Elle Fanning

TREND: Lip print
WHO'S WEARING IT: Liv Tyler (DKNY), Paris Hilton and Elle Fanning (Corey Lynn Calter)
HOW TO WEAR IT: A lip mark is a fun alternative design for any print-loving gal. We especially love the dress on Liv, because it gives her a feminine-and-vintage vibe. However, for a more versatile look choose a blouse, like Elle's. Pair the top with high-waist denim shorts to achieve the retro look. And if you are daring, finish off the ensemble with matching colored heels. Although Ms. Hilton's single smooch version works, it is a tad on the teen side. So, pick one with multiple puckers for a more age appropriate look.

Spaghetti Strap Dresses |Hollywood yohana

Halle Berry, Jessica Lowndes, Kate Bosworth

TREND: Solid spaghetti strap dresses
WHO'S WEARING IT: Halle Berry (Rachel Roy), Jessica Lowndes and Kate Bosworth (Richard Nicoll)
HOW TO WEAR IT: Spaghetti strap dresses are such a warm weather staple. They're a simple way to look fab. You can dress them up with heels and jewelry, or dress them down with sandals and a floppy hat—either way they always seem to retain that ever-important not-trying-too-hard mystique. While Halle looks amazing in her curve-hugging number, we much prefer Jessica's and Kate's silhouettes for the summer.

Liven Up Your Summer With Colorful Stripes | Hollywood yohana

Freida Pinto, Chelsea Handler, Kristen Bell

TREND: Colorful striped tops
WHO'S WEARING IT: Freida Pinto, Chelsea Handler and Kristen Bell (Old Navy)
HOW TO WEAR IT: Summer is all about bright tones and nautical stripes. And now, both must-have trends have merged into one top. Hooray! While we love Kristen's vibrant number, you don't have to wear all the colors of the rainbow to pull off this look if you don't want to. Get inspiration from Chelsea, who opted for a tank that balanced a vivid orange shade with a basic white hue. Frieda went with the same approach, but the actress chose one with pink-and-brown earth tones. The best part of the trend is that it's versatile. Rock it with some Daisy Duke shorts, or make it office-worthy with a blazer.

Denim Gets Dressed Up for Summer | Hollywood yohana

Khloe Kardashian Odom, Pippa Middleton, Jennifer Hudson

TREND: Jean dresses
WHO'S WEARING IT: Khloé Kardashian Odom (Étoile Isabel Marant), Pippa Middleton (Whistles) and Jennifer Hudson
HOW TO WEAR IT: Blue jean babes, rejoice! Our favorite casual fabric has been spotted around Hollywood (and across the pond) in a new iteration: the sweet summer dress. The best part of the trend is its versatility. If you're more of a bombshell type, consider rocking a body-skimming number like JHud. More of a feminine gal? Opt for a sweet version à la Khloé with a nipped waist and flared skirt. For more conservative types, a knee-length sleeveless option like Pippa's is right up your alley. Once you find the perfect jean dress, your accessorizing options are practically endless. We recommend punching up the denim with a little color. A red wedge or a lemon yellow bag practically sings summer.

Amp Up Your Wardrobe With a Rock Band Tee | Hollywood yohana

Lucy Hale, Fergie, Rumer Willis

TREND: Band t-shirts
WHO'S WEARING IT: Lucy Hale, Fergie and Rumer Willis
HOW TO WEAR IT: With summer music festivals in full swing, there's no better time to channel your inner Mick Jagger with the resurgence of band tees. Pick up on the rocker style by keeping the majority of your outfit casual. As all three celebs have shown, cutoff shorts are the bottom of choice to create an unfussy, edgy ensemble. But don't get too casual with your styling, lest you end up looking like a sloppy mess just like Fergie. Lastly, make sure to stay away from heels, so the vibe doesn't verge on trampy—you're not going for a groupie girl look!

Blaze a Colorful Trail With a Tribal-Print Dress | Hollywood yohana

Chloe Moretz, Kim Kardashian, Paris Hilton

TREND: Tribal-print dress
WHO'S WEARING IT: Chloe Moretz (Versace), Kim Kardashian and Paris Hilton
HOW TO WEAR IT: Dresses are a quintessential summer staple, but that doesn't mean you have to stick to a floral frock to stay cool. Instead, edge up your style with this season's must-have tribal print. For an everyday approach, look to Paris and rock a knee-length frock. If you are daring, take a cue from Kim and sport the design from head-to-toe by wearing a maxi. And you can even full-on embrace the native look by choosing a design with fringes, like Chloe. Just remember, keep accessories to a minimum and stick to black or nude sandals when wearing the vivid pattern.

Twist Up Your Locks Into a Milkmaid Braid | Hollywood yohana

Stephanie Pratt, Kirsten Dunst, Nicky Hilton
TREND: Milkmaid braids
WHO'S WEARING IT:  Stephanie Pratt Kirsten Dunst and Nicky Hilton
HOW TO WEAR IT: Braids are the must-have hairstyle for the summertime; and you're able to don them during the daytime and evening. In the afternoon, you can twist up your locks into a milkmaid braid like Nicky and Kirsten. By keeping your hair swept up, you'll be able to stay cool and stylish. If you are going for a dramatic look, emulate the heiress' mane and part your hair down the middle. You can take this look into the night, too, or you can let down your tresses like Stephanie. Don't worry about what to wear with this creation, because anything in your closet will match. Just remember to keep you makeup simple. By far, this will be your cheapest accessory during the season. Can't create the look? Then fake it! Simply buy a braided headband and in less than a minute you'll be rocking the hottest trend.

Frame Your Face With Round Sunnies | Hollywood yohana

Kelly Osbourne, Miley Cyrus, Whitney Port

TREND: Round Sunglasses
WHO'S WEARING IT: Kelly Osbourne, Miley Cyrus and Whitney Port
HOW TO WEAR IT: Summer is all about having fun in the sun, but it is always important to stay protected from the harmful UV rays. So, enjoy your stylish sunny days with round sunglasses. This accessory is all about experimenting with fashion, just look at how Whitney fabulously covered her peepers with an orange pair. But you can always play it safe, simply channel your inner John Lennon by rocking the shades with a graphic top, like Miley. Or follow Kelly's lead and contrast dark sunnies with a bright color. And if you love anything with a retro feel, these frames will give off a vintage vibe with anything you wear!

Pamela Martin Duarte of Big Rich Texas | Hollywood yohana

Big Rich Texas Pam, Hannah

Did you love last night's Big Rich Texas? We've got dish direct from Pam on the changes she encountered at Woodhaven upon her return from Spain!
The Zumba Switcheroo: I love Zumba; I think it's great fun. It was just a surprise to come back and expect yoga and have it be Zumba. So, it wasn't a problem with Zumba per se; it was a problem with Leslie and Bonnie changing the schedule. Now, [Zumba] is a regular at the club, but it's not during yoga time. I am just not a fan of unexpected surprises like those. That's why I was a little ticked off about it; I think Connie was a little taken aback by it, too, because she came in and expected yoga.
Dress Code: The club has the all-white rule, which—I don't know if it will stand anymore. I think that revealing clothes are not necessary at the club, because people are there to play sports and have lunch and a good time. People who sit around exposing themselves, like some of the other people on the show, might feel differently.
Bilingual Babe: I speak Spanish. Growing up in Texas, you learn it a little. After I met my husband it was really crucial that I speak Spanish; none of my in-laws spoke English. So, I had to learn to communicate. I took classes and picked it up pretty well.
Jet-Setting: We randomly go [to Spain]—we have a home there that affords us to go there as frequently as we would like. But we are there a couple of times a year, and we try to stay all summer.
Vacay Hobbies: We have a house in the Marbella, but my husband is from Madrid. When we are there, I like to watch kitesurfing. A lot of world-class professional kitesurfing goes on there. We live on the Mediterranean, so it's quite windy, where the Mediterranean connects with the Atlantic Ocean. And, of course, there's a lot of great art and great food.
Spanish Studies: Spain has been grand. I am glad I could share this with my daughter, watch her learn to speak Spanish and become fluent in Spanish. Also, watching her maneuver her way around Spain has been the biggest gift. She spent the summer last year in Barcelona studying Spanish cinematography and film. She was there without us and able to have a good time because of her fluency. It's been good to see that.

Polka-Dots Go Neutral | Hollywood yohana

Nikki Reed, Katie Cassidy, Busy Philipps

TREND: Neutral polka-dots

WHO'S WEARING IT: Nikki Reed, Katie Cassidy and Busy Philipps
HOW TO WEAR IT: Polka-dots give off a retro vibe, especially when they are in your typical black-and-white combo. But when worn in neutral tones, they are classy and feminine. Wear a dress like Busy and Nikki, and you'll be able to accessorize with either nudes or bright-and-bold tones. If you are looking to rock this piece everyday, we suggest investing in a blouse. When paired with slacks, a chiffon top is elegant and work-appropriate. Then on the weekend, match the dotted piece with skinny jeans and, ta-da, you've got a chic outfit!

Channel Your Favorite '80s Fashion Icon with Cross Earrings | Hollywood yohana

Blake Lively, Demi Lovato, Kourtney Kardashian

TREND: Cross earrings
WHO'S WEARING IT: Demi Lovato, Blake Lively and Kourtney Kardashian
HOW TO WEAR IT: The '80s trend worn by everyone from Madonna to Cyndi Lauper is back in a big way. You don't have to dress like a full-on rock goddess to cop the style though—in fact, we think Demi's get-up looks a little too much like a costume. Rather, take a page out of Blake's book and pair the jewelry with breezy separates to stay cool through August. Then come fall, Kourtney shows us how to work the ear bling with a loose weave sweater and jeans.

Join the Feline Frenzy in Leopard-Print Loafers | Hollywood yohana

Nicky Hilton, Lindsay Lohan, Olivia Palermo, Ashley Olsen

TREND: Leopard-print loafers
WHO'S WEARING IT: Nicky Hilton (Sam Edelman), Lindsay Lohan, Olivia Palermo and Ashley Olsen
HOW TO WEAR IT: Celebs have rocked feline footwear in pumps, booties and now they have stepped foot into flats. While remaining feminine-and sexy, leopard-print loafers will add just the right touch of masculinity to your ensemble. The beauty about the animal pattern is that it can be considered a neutral when paired with solid colors. It can match with anything from a black outfit, as seen on Nicky, to brighter tones like Olivia Palermo's green shorts. To transition your white dress into fall simply put on a pair of leopard shoes à la Lohan. Whatever you do, just be cautious of pairing them with frumpy clothes, like Ashley's.

White Lace Skirts | Hollywood yohana

Chloe Sevigny, Kim Kardashian, Joanna Garcia Swisher

TREND: White lace skirts
WHO'S WEARING IT: Chloë Sevigny (Chloë Sevigny for Opening Ceremony), Kim Kardashian (Intermix) and Joanna Garcia Swisher (Intermix)
HOW TO WEAR IT: The lacey skirt is a staple in any girly-girl's closet and for good reason. The delicate bottom can be paired with practically any color on top and can be dressed up or down. However, we do recommend you chose your shirt wisely—avoid looking overly prissy like Kim with a pink pussy-bow blouse or too edgy with a cutout leather top à la Chloe. Instead, take a style cue from Joanna and strike a balance between the two with a solid silk tank in your favorite hue. Finally, make sure to tuck in your top to highlight the smallest part of your waist. Also, feel free to rock your white number after Labor Day, we dubunked that myth years ago!

Skirts Reach Ladylike Lengths | Hollywood yohana

Whitney Port, Lea Michele, Olivia Munn

TREND: Ladylike skirts
WHO'S WEARING IT: Whitney Port (Luca Luca), Lea Michele (Jason Wu) and Olivia Munn
HOW TO WEAR IT: If these stylish New York Fashion Week attendees are any indicator, hemlines are heading south for fall. The below-the-knee skirt lends an air of refined elegance to any outfit—a touch of Mad Men if you will—and also adds an extra dose of warmth as temperatures drop. Wear your A-line silhouette with your blouse tucked in to highlight the smallest part of your waist and conceal any problem areas. Take style notes from Whitney and pair the skirt with a long sleeve silk top now, then come cooler weather layer on a sweater and coat. Finally always wear a heeled shoe to elongate your calves. Get even more styling tips here!

High-Heeled Loafers | Hollywood yohana

Hailee Steinfeld, Louise Roe, Malin Akerman

TREND: High-heeled loafers
WHO'S WEARING IT: Hailee Steinfeld (Louis Vuitton), Louise Roe and Malin Akerman
HOW TO WEAR IT: The traditional school girl loafer of your childhood just got a very fashionable lift. When elevated as a sky-high heel, the shoe takes on a preppy, yet sexy tone—call it librarian chic, if you will. The trend kicked off with Hailee, but has been going strong all fashion week, as seen on Louise and Malin, not to mention stomping down the runways of Peter Som and Ralph Lauren. We recommend playing up the preppy vibe by pairing it with a below-the-knee pleated skirt and a cute cardi. Or if you're feeling extra daring, the kicks would look absolutely darling with a shorts suit.

Get Charmed by Serpent-Inspired Heels | Hollywood yohana

Kim Kardashian, Mason Disick, Katie Cassidy, Katie Holmes

TREND: Snakeskin heels
WHO'S WEARING IT: Kim Kardashian (Christian Louboutin), Katie Cassidy (Jimmy Choo) and Katie Holmes
HOW TO WEAR IT: While we've shown some serious love for leopard print in the past year, this summer a new animal pattern is stealing the spotlight: snakeskin! The vast majority of you said you'd pass on wearing the exotic skin head-to-toe, so we thought we'd show you how celebs are easing into the trend with patterned pumps. The key to this look is to pair the shoe with solid colors, so as to not compete with the pattern. And while a neutral outfit like Kim and Katie Holmes' looks perfectly lovely, to really make the look sing of summer don't be afraid of punching up the color with a bright hue à la Katie Cassidy.

Pump Up Your LB(lue)D With Colorful Heels! | Hollywood yohana

Blake Lively, Minka Kelly, Erika Christensen

TREND: Little blue dresses and colored pumps
WHO'S WEARING IT: Blake Lively (Michael Kors dress; Christian Louboutin heels), Minka Kelly (Fendi dress) and Erika Christensen
HOW TO WEAR IT: There's been a lot of experimenting going on in the fashion community lately. Polka-dots and florals. Chambray shirts and metallic skirts. Now we bring you cobalt dresses and different colored heels. Conventional wisdom says that an LB(lue)D ought to be paired with silver, gold, nude or black pumps. But just think of how much more heads you'll turn with a purple, coral or hot pink shoe. Plus, bold color combinations is on trend this season. Just look here. We prefer the soft, sophisticated suede of Blake's and Minka's stilettos to Erika's glossy version because it balances the electric hue of the frock really nicely.

Swing Into Summer With a Fringe-Hem Top | Hollywood yohana

Selena Gomez, Karolina Kurkova, Kendall Jenner

TREND: Fringe-Hem Top
WHO'S WEARING IT: Selena Gomez, Karolina Kurkova and Kendall Jenner
HOW TO WEAR IT: The boho trend is dominant during the summer and fringe-hem tops have especially been making a mark this season. However, you don't have to go full-on hippie to rock the must-have piece. Kendall goes Cali casual by matching her white tee with denim cutoffs and flip flops. Karolina keeps her gray version sophisticated by pairing it with a white blazer and a chic bun. But if you love the earthy, carefree look then take a cue from Selena and don it with a comfy black maxi skirt. So in order to wear it different ways, you should purchase one that is a neutral color and doesn't have any graphic prints.

Beat the Summer Heat in Hot Pink Shorts | Hollywood yohana

Kelly Rowland, Kelly Ripa, Denise Richards

TREND: Hot pink shorts
WHO'S WEARING IT: Kelly Rowland, Kelly Ripa and Denise Richards (Alice + Olivia)
HOW TO WEAR IT: This summer, we've seen Tinseltown babes slip into coral-red bottom. Now, the ladies are all about the feminine hot pink hue. Embrace the weather-friendly trend during the daytime by putting on a pair of bright denim cutoffs. However, swap out the singer's black boots for pair of sandals. Notice how both Kelly's think alike; they matched their bright shorts with crisp white tops. But the host when one step ahead of her namesake, by wearing a sun covering fedora and sunnies to keep protected from the sun. Keep cool during the evening by getting a luxe satin version, like Denise. And even though we like the hot mama's pinstriped top, stick to a blouse with a solid color so that you don't overpower the vibrant bottoms.

Tie-Neck Tops | Hollywood yohana

Ashley Greene, Jayma Mays, Emmanuelle Chriqui

TREND: Floral tie-neck tops
WHO'S WEARING IT: Ashley Greene (Louis Vuitton), Jayma Mays (Rebecca Minkoff) and Emmanuelle Chriqui
HOW TO WEAR IT: The hanging sashes on this feminine trend are excellent built-in accessories. Ashley shows how you can edge it up by layering a black solid top over it and pairing it with leather leggings, while Jayma went full-on summertime fresh by rocking her sleeveless pink version with complementary-hued shorts and nude heels. Although Emmanuelle covered herself up by tying the extra fabric of her long-sleeve into a scarf, it works for the warm weather season because her blouse is sheer. The conservative approach also made her bell-bottom jeans event-appropriate, not to mention the '70s look is totally on trend right now!

Blue Jeans Go Technicolor for the Summer | Hollywood yohana

Heidi Klum, Ashley Greene, Hilary Duff

TREND: Colored jeans

WHO'S WEARING IT: Heidi Klum, Ashley Greene (BLANK Jeans) and Hilary Duff
HOW TO WEAR IT: Blue jeans will always be a staple. But colored denims are making becoming one of the most must-have items. The key to wearing them is keeping the top portion of your outfit simple; notice how all the ladies opted for a black or white hue. Ashley and Hilary even matched their tees to their shoes. Plus, they still allow you to have fun with accessories. The Twilight gal wore a black-and-white houndstooth clutch, which gave her a classic look. You can easily match this to anything with from tribal to florals. Also, take a cue from Heidi and make the belt your statement maker. And if you want to be able to transition the jeans from summer into fall, invest in a pair with a darker shade like a mustard yellow or maroon red.

Collar Yourself Stylish with a Peter Pan Dress | Hollywood yohana

Naya Rivera, Hailee Steinfeld, Natalie Portman

TREND: Peter Pan collared dresses
WHO'S WEARING IT: Naya Rivera (DKNY), Hailee Steinfeld (Miu Miu) and Natalie Portman (Vionnet)
HOW TO WEAR IT: The adorable rounded collar adds a touch of youth and whimsy to any run of the mill dress. However, the trick to this trend is not to look too youthful. After all, when fourteen year olds like Hailee are wearing the trend (albeit very fashionable fourteen year olds) you have to tread carefully. To keep the style from looking too sweet, pair it with edgy accents like a leather clutch or snag a version that's embellished with studs. Whatever you do, definitely steer clear of any cutesy accessories!

Plaits Go Formal for the SAG Awards | Hollywood yohana

Kaley Cuoco, Mayim Bialik, Diana Agron, Ariel Winter, Braids

TREND: Milkmaid braids
WHO'S WEARING IT:  Kaley Cuoco, Ariel Winter, Dianna Agron and Mayim Bialik
HOW TO WEAR IT: Milkmaid braids have been around the block—remember when Sienna Miller pioneered the Heidi-inspired style for the red carpet back in 2007? But when a plethora of plaits were spotted at the SAG Awards yesterday, we knew the trend was still alive and kicking. However, it can be tricky to get the braided style just right. Kaley's thick plait and center part make her look like she's fresh from the Swiss Alps, and Mayim's style is a bit messy. While Ariel's long curls are completely sweet and age-appropriate, it does remind us a bit of a prom hairstyle. For a sophisticated and fresh take on the style, take notes from Dianna with a thin fishtail braid with a deep side part. If you're worried about managing the tiny plaits, just fake it with a braided headband—we won't tell!

Colorblock Minidresses | Hollywood Fashions

Rashida Jones, Pippa Middleton, Julianne Moore
TREND: Colorblock minidresses
WHO'S WEARING IT: Rashida Jones (Stella McCartney), Pippa Middleotn (Zara) and Julianne Moore (Bottega Veneta)
HOW TO WEAR IT: No need to worry about accessorizing when you've got on a dress that's as statement-making as a colorblock mini. Simply throw it on with neutral, barely-there pieces and go! It's also a good idea to wear your hair swept back or in an updo. While Rashida's and Pippa's muted pumps allow their vivid frocks to stand out, we're especially drawn to Julianne's complementary two-toned wedge heels.

Make Double the Statement With Layered Necklaces | Hollywood yohana

TREND: Double-layered necklaces
WHO'S WEARING IT: Blake Lively, Elizabeth Olsen and Olivia Palermo
HOW TO WEAR IT: An easy way to frame the face is through a necklace, so why not wear two. Blake and Elizabeth adorned themselves with one statement piece and then added beaded bling. Both blondes demonstrate how easy it is to team them with any ensemble. To show off the dazzlers stick to a blank canvas, like the Olsen's white top. Or to go for the opposite approach blend them with your ensemble by choosing two with a similar color tone à la Blake. Now, if you aren't into colorful pieces take a cue from gem-lover Olivia and throw on metallic-on-metallic. PS: That practically matches with anything!

Where Can I Find an Affordable Party Coat? | Hollywood yohana

Forever 21 Studded Trench Coat
Look no further than the forever budget-friendly Forever 21. They have a bunch of "trophy jackets" for well under $50! Just take a look at their gorgeous black studded trench coat for only $42.80. (The khaki version works, too!)
Other favorites: BCX's sateen trench, ASOS' swing coat and Silence & Noise's sequined cardigan.
If you have a little more cash, check out London's fabulous Topshop, where style icons like Kate Moss have lent their savvy in recent years. The coats there are so fabulous they're more than a good investment. I love the bow satin coat by Yuki, which will set you back all of $240. It's a style keeper for not just this season but probably well into the next five or so.
Otherwise, cover up, and cover your budget, too.

Where Can I Find Cute iPad Covers? | Hollywood yohana

Rogue Theory Mulberry Orchid Ipad Cove
You won't find the finest cases in your typical handbag haunts, dear girl. You've got to look outside the box—or, shall I say, sleeve. In out-of-the-way places, we're seeing myriad options that are beyond your typical neoprene horror. Let's start with the lovely handmade pouches at Rogue Theory. The textiles are truly a joy to sort through, and you'll be hard pressed to navigate away without finding at least one you love.
Etsy has a few other interesting selections, including our favorite from Belvi Designs. It happens to be called a "handmade unisex manly carrying case," but to us, it goes beyond that. In fact, when we first saw it, we didn't think "dude" at all, but rather a Mad Men-style clutch accessory. And if you need a strap but don't want to buy yet another purse, Etsy has that covered, too: Check out Janine King's designs for some truly pretty iPad sleeves with adjustable shoulder straps.
Lastly, if you want something completely different—a conversation piece that doubles as a protector for your iPad, look no further than Lavender Harvest. If there's one thing about that iPad sleeve, it's that it's an eye-catcher

Jennifer Love Hewitt | Hollywood yohana

Jennifer Love Hewitt

The actress gave us the scoop on her personal style during Kari Feinstein's Emmys Style Lounge, where she received goodies from Samsung, Retro Sport apparel, Turbie Twist, and EGF and Dr. Loretta skincare.
WHAT SHE'S STYLIN': It's from my closet! I have no idea who it's by, but I'm obsessed with lace at the moment. I like lace because it's really girlie. I love the dark jeans. They're bell bottoms. I like the hippie thing. It's cool.
FASHION PHILOSOPHY: I like to be comfortable. As far as designers, I like Narciso Rodriguez. I just bought a bunch of Vera Wang stuff. I also really love Alice + Olivia.
JUMP FOR JEWELS: Usually, I never wear jewelry, but I've been walking around and everyone's been putting stuff on me. I'm really loving Adesso's necklaces. I'm feeling kind of fabulous, so I might change!
SKINNY IS IN: I'm starting to dig the skinny jean. For girls with curves, the skinny jean can be a bit tricky, but I'd style it with a longer top and leather jacket in the fall.
FANTASY COLLECTION: My icon is Audrey Hepburn, so if I could design anything, it would be an entire collection of the little black dress, but done in different styles.
FAVE PRODUCT: Elizabeth Arden's Eight Hour Cream is awesome. It makes your face look super glowy.

Ashley Jones | Hollywood yohana

Ashley Jones
We caught up with the sexy waitress Sam fell in love with on True Blood at Audi and Chopard's fashionable soiree. She shared her beauty advice, including makeup tips from the set.
WHAT SHE'S STYLIN': Magaschoni dress and Dolce Vita shoes. They go with everything, and I love the little toe cleavage they have.
QUICK HAIR TRICK: When you have no time for your hair, you throw hairspray in it, mess it up a little bit and put in a ponytail. Then, hide the rubber band [by wrapping a piece of hair around it and securing with a pin]. It's a little bit more elegant than just a ponytail.
TICK TOCK: Give yourself enough time! I have so many things that are sent, but I need to organize and figure out how to wear them.
FAUX GLOW: Fake Bake has a bronzer that I literally spray all over my face and body. I am so pale right now, and it doesn't make me tan. It just helps with the glow.
RADIANT BEAUTY: There's a fine line between looking actually sweaty and then looking sultry. For a sexy glow, you want to have a lot of lashes and really, really dewy skin. Instead of powders, use cream blushes and lip stains.

Eliza Dushku | Hollywood yohana

Eliza Dushku
The Dollhouse star gave us a peek at her personal style during Rochelle Gores Fredston's ARCADE Boutique fashion show benefiting The Children's Institute.
WHAT SHE'S STYLIN': I'm wearing a little bit of everyone. The skirt is Lisa Marie Fernandez. The shoes are YSL. My purse is Gucci. My jewelry's Cartier. The jacket...I'll have to get back to you on that. But I love it because it felt very much like autumn, fall fashion and different and unique.
HER STYLIST BROTHER: I have a local and loyal stylist in my brother, who worked for New York Times Magazine as a fashion editor. He's incredible. He'll come to my house and pull a few looks for me and he's never wrong. I have three brothers and he's good in that department.
FASHION PHILOSOPHY: Sometimes I like to be a little more adventurous. But [my brother] reminds me to pull it back and have one cool statement piece and not overdo it. He always tells me to simplify, but never be boring.
STYLE ICON: Angelina Jolie always looks stunning and amazing! She keeps it simple, classic, elegant.

Kristin Cavallari | hollywood yohana

Kristin Cavallari
The Hills star gave us a peek at her personal style during her design session with Kristin's exclusive shoe will be available on the site summer 2011, with proceeds benefitting One Kid One World.
WHAT SHE'S STYLIN': I'm wearing a Parker top, J Brand jeans, a Michael Kors watch and YSL shoes. I know they've been saying lower heels are coming back in, but when it comes to heels, the higher the better for me.
DESIGN DISH: The shoe I designed is a 5-inch platform wedge. It's going to come out in May or June. I brought some wedges for inspiration. I love that type of shoe! They're so comfortable and great for summer. I'm going to do a fun, bright color, but I don't want to give it all away!
MAIN (SHOE) MAN: Christian Louboutin is one of my favorite shoe brands. He makes the highest heels, and I just love his designs. They are comfortable for the first two hours, but after that, not so much.
FASHION PHILOSOPHY: I wouldn't really describe my personal style with one word. I really like a lot of different things. I like dressing flirty and girlie, but then I also like that rock 'n' roll with a little bit of an edge, too. I mix it up.

STYLE CRUSH: I love, love, love Kate Moss' style. She pulls off that rock 'n' roll look very well. She's always really put together, and even if she just threw everything on, it looks great. I also really love Victoria Beckham's style, and Nicole Richie can pull off that boho look really well.
SIGNATURE SCENT: I love Michael by Michael Kors perfume. I've been wearing it since I was 16. Once I find a scent I like, I stick with it.
FAVE LOS ANGELES SHOP: Wasteland is really great for vintage and thrift clothing. I like the one on Melrose. You can always find cool skirts, dresses or cute little flats. The thing with vintage shopping is you really have to take the time to look to find anything, but then it can pay off with some really great stuff.
CLOSET ENVY: If I could raid any fictional movie character's closet it would be Alicia Silverstone's character, Cher, from Clueless. Her closet was amazing. She had that electronic closet—I would kill for that.

Tracee Ellis Ross | Hollywood yohana

Tracee Ellis Ross
We caught up with the gorgeous actress at the ELLEments of Personal Style book launch hosted by White House Black Market. Tracee was one of the 25 fashionistas featured in the style guide. And the first thing she told us proved why! Remember that checked Prada we loved? Well the actress later shortened the hem to create a whole new dress! Here are more of her fashion tips...
TREND TAKE: One of the quotes from the book that I say all the time is I buy what makes my heart sing. So, it's not that I follow one specific track. It's sort of what I like. I love colors. I love unique pieces. I love vintage clothing.
TAKE IT OFF: I'm not big on accessories. I love Diana Vreeland's thing where she says, "Before you leave the house take one off." My suggestion is take two off. People over accessorize in my opinion.
DARE TO BARE: If I'm going to show cleavage or chest then I don't show leg. I show one thing. If I show leg then everything else is covered up.
HOLIDAY WISH: Just to be with my family. I don't need a thing.

Jessica Lowndes | Hollywood yohana

Jessica Lowndes
The 90210 star gave us even more dish on her personal style at the fashion presentation of the latest looks from Bebe Spring 2010 and the next Bebe-Kardashians Capsule Collection at The Grove in Los Angeles...
WHAT SHE'S STYLIN': I'm wearing a Bebe dress, belt, jacket, bracelet and rings. My clutch is Tylie Malibu and my shoes are Report Signature. I think my personal style is very similar to the clothes at Bebe. It's sexy and feminine, yet classic as well. I'm always someone who likes to do something a little edgy, and they do really bold patterns and cool geometric designs, which I love.
RETRO FINDS: I sometimes go vintage and thrift store shopping in L.A. at The Way We Wore and The Paper Bag Princess. I have a new appreciation for '40s fashion. It fits really cute with the accentuated waists.
SHOE FETISH: I love Brian Atwood; they're just sexy. But, if I wanted to go for a less expensive version, I'd have to say Steve Madden. I've fallen in love with their nude pump. They make your legs look longer and don't hurt!
MAKEUP MAVEN: I love NYX's eye shadows. They come in so many different colors. I'm a painter in my spare time—not a lot of people know that. I like to experiment. When I went to private school, I would express myself through my makeup. Dramatic eyes are always fun!
BEAUTY SECRETS: I drink lots of water and I always moisturize. I love to wear tinted moisturizer during the day, especially Laura Mercier. And I take off my makeup with Bioré's Facial Cleansing Cloths. I also use Kate Somerville's Quench cleanser. It's one of the best exfoliators, because you don't need to necessarily use water.

Michelle Branch | Hollywood yohana

Michelle Branch
The Grammy winner gave us a peek at her personal style at The Griddle Cafe's Red Velvet PanCAKE Mix Launch, hosted by Eliza Dushku, at Kitson in West Hollywood. WHAT SHE'S STYLIN': I'm wearing a vintage Ossie Clark blazer, which I love! I have a problem with vintage clothes because they're always cut so small, so I was ecstatic when I found this piece. I got it at Lily Allen's really great vintage shop, Lucy in Disguise, in London. I just love it! My boots are Miu Miu. I don't know who made my jeans.
FASHION PHILOSOPHY: I'm a jeans and T-shirt girl at heart. For nighttime, I just like to change out my sneakers and put on high heels and a blazer. I'm really simple.
STYLE ICON: Kate Moss. She's rock 'n' roll chic. She's always flawless. She looks put together without trying.
VINTAGE SHOPPING TIP: Learn about tailoring. You can always buy a piece and have it tailored. No one has the same body shape. If you see something you really love, you can always get it tailored to fit even more perfectly.
MAKEUP MAVEN: I love makeup. I'm kind of a makeup cow. I love Laura Mercier. I love Nars. I love playing with different eyeshadows. When I go out, I go more casual with the clothes, but I definitely vamp up my makeup.

Would You Wear It? Gladiator-Inspired Dresses | Hollywood yohana

Elizabeth Banks
Elisha Cuthbert
Sometimes, you want to look like a Greek goddess. Othertimes, you want to look a bit more rock and roll. But what happens if you want to feel fierce and feminine at the same time? That's when you take a cue from Elizabeth Banks and Elisha Cuthbert and try a gladiator-inspired dress on for size.
Elizabeth turned up to the New York City premiere of Man on a Ledge in a one-shoulder Versace dress that featured leather piping, gold studs and chiffon draping, while the Happy Endings star wore a gold-and-black perforated bustier dress by Vawk.

We're big fans of upping the glam factor of a black dress with punches of metallics, and these frocks both give off a tough-yet-girly vibe. Plus if you're a fan of details, both of these frocks have enough to keep you interested for days.
We also love that both actresses kept their hair simple while having fun with their makeup choices—Elizabeth played up the rocker vibe with dark smoky eyes, while Elisha's neutral pallette felt fun and fresh.

Mila Kunis Makes Us Swoon in McQueen | Hollywood yohana

Mila Kunis
The SAG Awards are tomorrow night—and we cannot wait to see what fashionable nominees like Michelle Williams and Jessica Chastain will wear. We're especially excited because, as evidenced by last year's turnout, the SAGs red carpet generally yields fresh and edgy designer gowns in addition to the more classic and glamorous stunners.
Case in point: Mila Kunis in Alexander McQueen's cinched scarlet strapless maxi with vivid sheer layers.

The number is definitely relaxed and Bohemian, but the flowy frock is gorgeous nonetheless...and obviously memorable since we're talking about it a year later.
If you recall, Jennifer Lawrence showed up to the ceremony that same year in a bold pink bondage-esque Oscar de la Renta dress, while adorable Hailee Steinfeld made a splash in a colorful striped mermaid number.

What extraordinary fashions will this year's SAGs bring? Come back to Monday when we break down all of the night's biggest fashion and beauty trends

Would You Wear It? Head-to-Toe Snake Print | Hollywood yohana

Patina Miller
Jennifer Lopez
Snake print has been slithering its way into the closets of Hollywood's elite. We've seen the serpent-inspired design paired with the neutral pumps many times, but now celebs are donning the exotic piece from head-to-toe.
Patina Miller attended the Tony Awards in NYC wearing a stunning Naeem Khan gown. She looked sensational in the full-length, long-sleeve sequin snake-skin patterned gown. The daring look was completed with a tight bun and minimal jewelry. Meanwhile, Jennifer Lopez attended the Capital Radio Summertime Ball in London in a Lanvin dress and matching Christian Louboutin over-the-thigh boots. The dual snake print seems overkill.

Would You Wear It? Summer Velvet | Hollywood yohana

Emma Roberts, Jessica Biel, Shenae Grimes
We've seen celebs don velvet blazers during the wintertime, but leave to the Tinseltown babes to rock the heavy cloth during summer, too.
This caught our eye, when just this week, the young Emma Roberts attended the Salvatore Ferragamo Resort 2012 Collection wearing this purple piece crafted by the designer himself. Although we think Julia Roberts' niece looks beautiful, her outfit just doesn't seem seasonally appropriate. Just earlier this month, Shenae Grimes also decided to give the classic LBD a velvet twist. Unlike the two stars, Jessica Biel decided to get decked out in the same fabric by wearing a teal Gucci suit. We have to admit, the ladies sure were brave to wear their warm ensembles during the sunniest time of the year.

Which Country Cutie Is Knee Deep in Preciousness? | Hollywood yohana

DUI Reveler
Every once in a while a dress comes along that dares us to categorize it. This is one of those dresses. Did Anna Sui lure a bunch of Estonian virgins into a secret torture atelier disguised as a hostel and force them to crochet this until their white fingers bled? Or does this count as evil genius? Or is it two, two, two dresses in one? Our brain hurts. Especially when you consider that the award-winning musical babe buried within usually prefers a sleeker, and decidedly more colorful, style.

Which Sassy Singer Is a Mystery to Science? | Hollywood yohana

Fiber experts will tell you that silk has a unique property: Because it comes from a silkworm that recently gorged itself on mulberry leaves, the resulting thread is both plant and animal. We mention this fact because we have, it seems, discovered a whole new species that is both plant and animal, and here it is.
Observe the gray, mushroom-like top that soon merges into a water moccasin-like thorax before giving way to a pair of feline gams. Then, you will see her feet, which are clearly of the genus goldfish, though what kind of piscine bone structure might require a cast is currently a mystery to science.
