Milla Jovovich, Molly Sims, and their celebutots hit Hollywood to celebrate the launch of DVF’s Gap Kids collection. View the party photos + the entire collection! | Hollywood yohana

On Saturday, Hollywood’s youngest fashionistas crawled to The Grove to celebrate the world premiere of the Gap Kids + DVF collection. Daughters of Milla Jovovich, Busy Phillips, Alyson Hannigan, Tiffani Thiessen, and Jessica Capshaw joined their moms and Diane Von Furstenberg at the wild G-rated party. Guests were served gourmet mac and cheese and pink lemonade in DVF juice boxes while they decorated paper dolls, shopped the collection, and accessorized with balloon hats. Later, they strutted down a kiddie-sized catwalk, sat in makeup chairs for gloss touch-ups, and chased real puppies in a picket-fence playpen.
The Gap Kids + DVF collection is sized for girls ranging from newborn to age 14 and ranges from $20 to $120. I4t includes T-shirt dresses, rompers, and DVF’s signature wrap dress in several colours. Bold patterns (sourced from the DVF archives) and a neon palette communicate a lighthearted playfulness. Cotton fabrics, easy silhouettes, and affordable prices ensure that each piece is kid-friendly. As the designer explained to us, “I wanted to create something that mothers would love, and kids would love. It’s very DVF to the core: super colourful, super tight, and optimistic. And it’s practical—you can mix and match and throw it all in the washing machine.” The empowering DVF aesthetic translates beautifully to the playground. “Really,” she says, “it’s about liking who you are and enjoying life.”
