Move over, Avril Lavigne. It looks like Leona Lewis really wanted to snatch the punk rock princess tiara right off your punky little head.
If Black Swan was shot at a prom in the '80s, a plumage-and-tulle combo would've worked. Sadly, the "Bleeding Love" singer wasn't on a movie set but ringing in 2012 at Hyde Bellagio in Las Vegas. (Although, we just came up with a great idea for a spoof flick. Call us, Hollywood!)
Apparently the British beauty wanted us to forget about her good girl image and penchant for airy ballads when she paired the pink tutu with a frilly black off-the-shoulder top. But the horror didn't stop there. She weighed the heavy look down even more with black tights and chunky pumps, then oddly added on a thick pearl-and-chain choker and gold ruched clutch.
We will give Leona this, however: her loose waves and pale pink pout look fabulous! Let's just hope things keep looking up from here—it's only the first week of January, after all.
