Glamo's Best and Worst Dressed Stars from the Oscars | Hollywood yohana
The Glam Factory's stylist always has an opinion when it comes to fashion. So, he made sure he was in town for Hollywood's biggest night, so that he could see up close and personal which A-listers dressed to impress—and which ones didn't! Up first, Glamo's worst dressed.
5. Melissa McCarthy: Too much too fast. Over use of fabric and materials. The decision needed to be made on empire waist embellishment OR neckline detailing. Together, they ruined the look.
4. Maya Rudolph: Although the jewel tone color was just gorge. I couldn't tell if the gladiator trend was going to kill us all. She looked like an exiled gladiator. I was left asking...is this funny woman pulling a funny on us?!?!
3. Rooney Mara: As much as I love the House the Givenchy, I did not love Ms. Mara in Givenchy. If she were on the runway, then I could maybe be a little more forgiving, but her dress was very ill-fitted and not flattering of a model-esque look alike.
2. Sandra Bullock: She left me feeling like she was not happy to be at the Oscars with her dress choice. While two-toned black and white is on trend—so is a proper fit. Looks like someone missed their fittings during the week!
1. Kristen Wiig: The Bridesmaids star in J. Mendel was, by far, a turn-and-look away moment. Flesh tones can be a gift or a curse. In this case, it was a severe curse! This dress totally matched her skin, and left me feeling like she was pulling a disappearing act on us. Hey! Where'd she go? Oh, OK, just to the top of the worst dress list.
