Drew Barrymore and Charlotte Gainsbourg collaborate with Tommy Hilfiger in support of breast cancer awareness| Hollywood yohana
Did you ever think you’d see style icons Charlotte Gainsbourg and Drew Barrymore working together? Well, today’s the day.
Gainsbourg and Barrymore have come together for a good cause, participating in Tommy Hilfiger’s sixth annual campaign to support Breast Health International. Gainsbourg, the face of the campaign, modeled the limited edition purse, which was designed by Hilfiger. Barrymore took on the role of photographer, snapping the dreamy shot of Charlotte dozing off, bag in hand.
The classic navy and red leather tote bag (so Tommy) is being sold internationally in Tommy Hilfiger stores and will retail for $298, with $100 from each bag going to Breast Health International‘s Fund for Living—an initiative that helps women with breast cancer fund their treatments and costs that may not be covered by health care.
“The opportunity to play a part in helping such an admirable cause means a great deal to me. With this limited-edition handbag, Tommy Hilfiger is enabling people to support BHI in a very concrete way,” said Charlotte in a press release.
Charlotte and Drew are a pretty big deal on their own (read: very big), but the list of past ambassadors they are joining is stacked, from Renée Zellweger to Milla Jovovich, Tommy Hilfiger attracts a star-studded team year after year and for good reason.
