Rose McGowan should've known better than to rock the same Issa knotted halter dress that Kate Middleton famously wore. The princess-to-be has had tons of practice wearing her favorite designer, after all. Way back in 2008, Kate attended the Boodles Boxing Ball in London wearing a plunging coral pink Issa gown. To add to her stunning look, she kept her hair down with loose curled ends and wore minimal jewelry paired with a black clutch and pumps. The gorgeous flowing gown showed off Kate's figure without baring too much skin.
At an Entertainment Weekly party for the SAGs this past January, Rose wore the same maxi in hot pink. But her to-the-navel V-neck, matchy-matchy makeup and wide black cuff made the look too over-the-top for our tastes.
